Retro Spa & Wellness Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Retro Spa & Wellness, we value your time and the time of our providers. To ensure we can accommodate all clients and maintain our schedule, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling request.

Rescheduling an appointment is considered a change to a reserved appointment time and is subject to the same 48-hour notice requirement as a cancellation.

Late Cancellations & Reschedules

Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a $50 fee.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will be charged a $50 no-show fee.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment. However, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. Fees may apply if the appointment cannot be completed as scheduled.

Emergencies

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of management.
